My Iphone 4 was. Could not be replaced by Nashua Mobile. They said I must buy a new one elsewhere and they will reactivate the sim. Bought Iphone 5 and now they have no nano sim available. Have been waiting for 3 weeks now. Contact them daily. Call centre says I can only get from a branch. Branch says their hands are tied and they are not getting any deliveries of the nano sim. They say I can only buy one from Nashua Mobile and not from Vodacom directly, but they don't have!!!
