I have been a Nashua Mobile customer for years and in this modern age it shouldnt take 2 days to approve a cession (the account had to be changed to a personal account from corporate) but then nearly a week to 'process' the paperwork. I want to upgrade and get my new phone but i keep getting told that i must wait for the cession to be processed. No one can speed up the process.
This is terribly slow service and there doesnt seem to be any proper system to handle complaints.
