I have been to MTN La Lucia on Saturday morning regarding a problem with my phone. The lady could not assist me because they needed a proof of purchase. I have an existing contract, can this information not be pulled from your system??? She was unable to assist me and then requested my details. Today is Thursday and I haven't received a call or any feedback???
