Get somebody to deal with my query

When downloading the monthly call history in My Cellc the CSV reports are truncated to show only the first 1000 entries when all history is selected. This is largely caused by the data usage entries which are more than 1000 lines itself.

I have two references numbers for this request: SD177143 and 3111201727.

All I want in one persons name and telephone number that will handle this query from end to end. It is clear that whatever process has been followed up to now is not resolving the query.
