NO internet service yet again

I have been having problems with the Internet (or accessing it). I hate calling Telkom because you spend hours just waiting for someone to answer (Although, they are toll free, unlike DSTV which seems pathetic). Trying to log the fault online is a hassle, as my Internet is intermittent. After finally doing so I received an SMS on Sunday (2014/01/05). I don't mind waiting 48 Hours, but it is now Thursday? Internet is needed for my studies, please. i also tried on Facebook, no reply there? REF # 162CRK050114.

I would like to also thank Telkom, I phoned now (2014/01/09 13:00) and it wasn't too long for me to speak to someone. Keep it up. They said no technician has been assigned to the fault as of yet, but they have investigated the problem/s. I understand it can be a lengthy process, I just hope it gets sorted out soon and for GOOD.
