No Internet connection for 1 week

Fault no 560CWK310513 refers. My internet went off on 30 May 2013, but because I experience intermittent problems with the internet on a weekly basis, I only reported the fault on 31 May 13. Since then I have phoned every other day and to date no technician has contacted me. There is also no progress report forthcoming.
