BAD SERVICE FROM JET CELLPHONE INSURANCE

I have insured my Blackberry storm 9530 last year August with Jet and my phone broke in January 2013. Since i gave in my phone 3 months went by and the company did not send in my phone for repairs. Their response is simply that they do not insure international phones. They never explained to me that they do not insure these phones. Since i insured my phone in August 2012 they even did not send me a contract in order for me to read their terms an conditions. After struggling for a month they promised in February 2013 that they are going to fix my phone. I phoned them a month ago and to my shock they never send in my phone for repairs and their explanation is that the claim form is still at the store in Paarl mall. When i phoned last week my phone were not send for repairs and they giving me the same explanation. I do not know what to do anymore and is thinking about contacting the insurance onbudsman or contacting my attorneys. I am trying to contact Jet insurance and custermor service for the past 2 days but they number dont work. My insurance is on my wife's account. Please help. Andre Lewaks
