Going against their own T's and C's

HI

So it has now been 4 weeks and I still have had no response from Vodasure directly. So I took it apon myself to go into a vodacom Branch (Bayside) - got the vodasure policy paper work and read through it...

Vodasure still believes that they will only pay out R5 767 rand of my Black berry Bold 9900 that was deemed "beyond econimical repair"... according to the Terms and condition on their policy it states (on the 1st page):

SUM INSURED: the retail price of the handset inclusive of VAT at the time of loss

Why then when the retail price of my handset is R7, 694 are the only paying out R5, 767? the latter amount is definitely not the retail price of the handset at the time of loss!

This is breach of contract and i will go legal with this matter should it not be sorted in the next 48 hrs! Other customers should know that vodasure is the worst insurance company! Especially that they go against their own policy on black and white!

Vodasure... you give vodacom a bad name!!!
I hope to hear from someone there soon... vodasure is the worst service provider I have ever come across!
