I recently changed my package from a Talk240 to a Top-up 135. The consultant advised me on the 1 day of the new month my package will change and that my insurance will be cancelled. On the morning of 30July 2012... the anytime mins that i had to use till the end of the month was forfeited. these were not mins i had free from Vodacom, these were mins i paid for. i have been a good client and never missed a payment on my contracts for 9yrs i have been with vodacom. So i called call centre, the upgardes dept... no joy. i then went to Lakeside mall, where i did the upgrade. the Manager Neil, advised me that consultants cannot cancel insurance and that he will look into the matter of the mins being forfeited, 2 days earlier. this is bad service as, if the consultant wrongly advises a client we will not know better. furthermore i was goin to use my mins before it expired in the next two days. Vodacom had no right in changing my package two days earlier. still to this date i have not rec a call or feedback from Neil and i have been twice to the store he says he did not get feedback from head office. this is not customer service, for clients who conduct their accs in a good manne
