Two days ago i phoned 0821959 to enquire about available packages, but i was only due for an upgrade 1 Feb. Jabulani said i can upgrade now, and i asked him if there would be any charges applicable, because its early. He said hed speak to his supervisor to reverse the charges and nothing would be payable. After i decided on a contract, i received a sms stating my migration was succesful at a cost of R290-70. That after i specifically said i do not want to pay extra and ill rather wait till Feb to upgrade. I phoned him back and he said the cost will be reversed and i will receive a sms shortly. I am still waiting! I want the cost reversed or i want to cancel the upgrade and ill upgrade in Feb.
