Vodacom - A GIGANTIC ROBUST COMPANY with undersized puny service
I could post only one of my complaints (November 2013) compelled to do so since I had received no outcome from ANY of the several call centre consultants I lodged complaints with and neither from the e-mail sent to customer care. The most recent reference number obtained on 29 October: S3-T4P3U-UWZZY.
I have made several attempts to contact the call centre this week but once again I wasted my time. I have spent much time and money trying to obtain a resolve to my issues. The following are but only a few of the individuals that have made false promises: Safik (IT department); Lennon Govender (call centre); Moddy Motebejane (customer care).
I have grown disillusioned, disenchanted and disappointed by my provider over this time since I am no closer to resolving my issues than I was when I originally lodged the complaints last year. It's no wonder many customers are switching from this huge name brand to the smaller, emerging yet customer and service driven provider. At this point I am considering doing the same.
