Promises, promises

Text messages are sent advising my issues have been resolved when, by the number of reference numbers I have, clearly they are not.

Shafik from the technical department was the last person who contacted me regarding one of my issues. He instructed me to turn off the e-mail service on my mobile to establish data bundle consumption. He arranged to call back after the weekend but a month has passed. The e-mail service, which I make use of, is still set on off! Shafik also assured the refund of all the data bundles that were used in this process and the bundles that were wasted with a consultant that had no clue what she was doing.
I receive text messages to rate the level of service I received of individuals I did not deal with. My issues are far from resolved. I would have an additional 10 reference numbers were it not for the call centre being 'out of order' for the past month. Kindly stop making it look as if you offer outstanding service. Stop making false promises and get your house in order.
