My wife and I have not received account statements for 2 months. The so called Complaints "Resolution" Centre has failed to resolve the problem, and also failed to honour promises they made when they phoned me. To add to this, I have had disgusting treatment from Joseph Mary in their call centre, as he would neither process my complaint nor give me a reference number.
I have left a number of complaints on their website (as recent as 14/12/2013), but they have still failed to resolve our problem (or even get back to me).
So much for their "moving forward" claim. More like a GIANT step backwards as far as customer service goes.
In the meantime I am expected to continue absorbing the cost of the phone calls I have to make to them every month, only to be treated like an imbecile by their contact centre staff.
