I am having endless hassles with your accounts department!!!
I CANCELLED my 3G service with u ppl before the end of DECEMBER - with in this email I requested that my debit order be cancelled for the Mobile Data but altered so that my domain hosting still gets paid.
The full amount debit order STILL goes off my account. So I return the amount and manually make payment for all my hosting accounts. IS THIS NOT FAIR?? U PPL STILL GET PAID FOR WHAT IS NEEDED.
Now I get an email stating I MUST PAY U PPL R100 ADMIN FEE BECAUSE I RETURNED THE DEBIT ORDER THAT I REQUESTED TO BE CANCELLED???
U always advertise everywhere that a person can cancel or change if u want - that you aren't locked into contracts - but u should have BIG FAT LETTERING THERE stating that u will still pay admin fees when we feel like charging u - even though u made a request it doesn't matter as long as we make additional bucks at the cost of our clients its alright!!!
This is ridiculous! I've been a client for over a year - I've recommended u to endless amounts of friends and family... I request changes with u ppl & STILL GET OVER!!!
I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND LIVID!!!
