To keep this short,

I have been waiting now for 6 weeks for my Cell phone to be repaired. ( Galaxy S4)

Device life Cycle claims that they are waiting for parts??

If only i could contact the repair centre myself, and speak to a manager there, so that i can find out exactly what is going on...
