Bad service

We spoke to a Vodacom technical centre regarding bad reception. We have 3G in my house and Edge in my office on the same premises, and was promised that they can install a antenna in the office, and that it would take 21 days. This conversation took place in November (middle) and nothing was done since then.

I run a business from my house where we talk to clients across border everyday, and this is affecting my business negatively.
