I had recently had a problem with the cancellation of my Mweb account which in turn had an effect on the cancellation of my telkom line that I wanted to implement.
After an email to the Mweb complaints department I quickly received a reply and had great assistance in resolving the issue.

You guys restored my faith in the company and I will definitely be using Mweb again in the near future.
