I applied for a business telephone line in December after moving into my new home in Willowbrook. Telkom have politely taken my deposit but have not installed a line due to their excuse being infrastructure. There are complexes surrounding us and telkom boxes on either side of our Reethi Rah complex. They need to lay cables, thats all. the people staying just in front of me have been waiting 3 years for a line. 3 YEARS and no one has laid cables. For crying in a bucket, can this even be possible!!!
