I took a contract out with VMSA in May an amount of R199 would be debited from my account every month, from November they started debiting my account 3 times more of which I'd go and reverse those debit orders. In Dec an amount of R1037 was debited which I again reversed and tried to contant customer care but couldn't get through. A lady called me on Jan 6 telling me I owe R937 when I asked for proof of that she says its all in my statements. I have never received a statement from VMSA, when I asked her to confirm my email address she told me that they do not have my email address hence I haven't been receiving the statements. I then asked that she sends it to me so I can look into it and its still not done, when asking for her name again she put the phone down. VMSA has had system problems from the time I signed up with them but their customer service is highly incompetent too! The only way forward is cancelling their contract.
