Short and sweet... My phone was on the 28th of February which i reported to the branch. After going back everyday for a week cause they didn't give me all the forms to complete. Then finally we send everything thru. They said 14 days i should have an answer. 14 days later, nothing. Went back to the branch, then they couldn't find the email they've sent to Cell c H/O and had to sent it again. Well today's date is 10/4/2013... and still no call from Cell C to let me know about my phone.
