Cheated out of Warranty!

I have an MTN contract on which a Samsung S3 Mini cellphone is issued.
- We have a document (21/10/2013) which shows the phone was taken to the
Pinelands store as it was having battery problems. The document reveals the cellphone was closely inspected for any physical damage, the only comment being, "only a few scratches at the bottom of the silver thing."
- I was contacted by the repair centre stating that, as the LCD was cracked the cellphone
is no longer under warranty and that we would have to pay R900.00. The screen was not cracked when handed in as their own signed document states.
- I went to dispute this with the store. There was no manager, the staff works on a rotational basis, and they had no knowledge of Louise. They lodge a complaint with [Email Removed] and I was given a reference number and told I would be contacted. They never got back.
- I contacted the technical call centre and spoke to a certain Ms. V.Pienaar and she stated that the supervisor Ms. S.Naidoo would contact me. She didn't.
- 11/11/13, I visited the Regional Centre in Century City. Was referred to supervisor, Mr. Yaseen Arend. Was told Mr. Grobbelaar (Reg. SM) would contact me.
