I contacted holland cellphone insurence in june 2013 of which i spoke to Collen as i told him that i have a problem with my cellphone when i make or recieve call it just dies then he told me that they dont cover mechanical damage and we urgued on the phone as he explained that the phone can only be covered if it physical and he went on and explain the word physical i told him that when i took the insurence they told me that they cover everything except for the battery he started to be rude with me of which i told him that he is incompetent i should talk to his supperior and he told me that they are in the meeting she will give me a call back till today no respose from the supervisor.
i was shocked on saturday when i went to Game as my phone got damaged and he claimed for "mechanical damage " that he told me that they dont cover it . apparently i was treated as a as she ask me several time. if am sure that phone broke her atittude was bad.
