Unprofessional and illegal debits of my account

I spoke to Karen (supervisor) on the 2013/09/03 @ 15:50 after numerous call I made to this company regarding illegal debits that have been going off my account with no response no feedback. She only contacted me on the 9th after I called and asked Asa (The consultant) to put me through to her calling to just tell me that she works with a lot of clients that is why she called me with no feedback at all. I emailed her all the details of my complaint including amounts debited on my account illegally by MobiMoola, my 3 months banking statement as proof the transactions performed which are below On the 9th July R250.00 Dep without authorisation followed by these debit orders, 25/07/ R99.00, 25/07 R249.00, 26/07 R99.00, 24/08 R249.00, 24/08 R99.00, 26/08 R99.00, 26/08/2013 R249.00, 30/08/2013 R200.00, 30/08/2013 R99.00, 30/08/2013 R99.00
On the 9th July '13 I requested via email that this thing be cancelled as per your terms of the sale it was mentioned, but you still went and debited my account, I want all my money back and I am sure I have given you enough time to investigate. as I have also faxed my complaint to 0862053686 as per Farook (consultant) on 2013/08/30.
