I was contacted by a Mobi Moola rep offering services for which I signed up on the 7th June 2013.
HOWEVER, I never received the R500.00 that I telephonically requested at the beginning of June 2013! I have phoned their offices on numerous occasions throughout the month of June 2013 to sort this problem out. Everytime I called, I was told that the matter had to be handed over to a supervisor & that someone would call me back. This NEVER happened & on the 25th of June 2013 I check my bank account to see that Mobi Moola has debited my account for R848.00 for money that was never received! I also have a problem with the fact that Mobi Moola debited my account 3 times! Firstly, when the rep contacted me, he failed to inform me that there would be a registration charge of R249.00! Secondly, I never received the R500.00 & thirdly, the rep to inform me that there is a monthly charge of R99.00! I sent Mobi Moola emails with my bank statements & tried to fax but the email add & fax number don't exist. Today, I received an sms from my bank saying there was a debit order of R249.00 for Mobi Moola!! AGAIN!! I still cannot get hold of them. Desperate!
