Vodacom must be ashamed!!! I put in my complain on the 3 November, 21 November, 13 Desember 2013. They even phoned me on the 25 Desember twice. and no SERVICE!!! they only phone with promises on the same complaint and the ending up with a sms to me with a new complaint nr and I have to RATE THE SERVICE!!! WHAT SERVICE???
Vodacom it is time you WAKE up... you start looking like the other companies with BABOON SERVICE there is only Branch managers and NOTHING MORE!!!
you are suppose to be a SERVICE PROVIDER!!! WHERE IS THE SERVICE THAT YOU PROVIDE??? It looks more like FANATASY PROVIDER!!!
