Billed for Cancelled contract

So after Eventually having the upgraded contract cancelled.. the January Bill reflects an amount for migration. or so says the consultants at the longbeach for u Vodacom.

Please Assist with getting the migration charges paid back to me after I had cancelled an upgrade...
