WASPs and poor customer service at Sandton City

I was alerted to unusual charges to my number 0788014567 in early Oct. 2013 when I received my Nashua mobile bill for the month of Sept. Since the number had not been in use from the beginning of Sept. till today, I became curious to what these were as I was in possession of the SIM card and kept it with me in my wallet at all times. I visited Nashua Mobile's Sandton City store and they revealed that there were WASPs. I duly asked Nashua to cancel these WASPs and they assured me that this had been effected in Oct, thus my December bill would not have any such related charges. However when I received my Dec bill it turns out not only are the WASPs still charging the number, but 2 new ones (Dialogue and Opera Telekom) had actually been activated on 26 Oct and another 1 (Smart Call) on 28 Nov. I visited the Sandton Nashua Mobile store again on Dec 30th and was advised by the consultant I should get hold of the respective companies and cancel these WASPs directly through them. The consultant provided me details of the WASP suppliers that were invalid. I returned to complain on 31 Dec and spent 2hrs being told none of this was Nashua's problem.
