On the 06/08/2013 I received electron notification of my Account. The account was for R489.13 It did not make sense to me as my bill was never that high. I cocnatcted Monique, she informed that there is an IT problem between the Networks (Cell C and Nashua Mobile). She sent me and official letter that have in my possession explaining it and informing me that they will refund my account for the difference as the service providers inadvertently charged me for Airtime. On further investigation I found out that was Billed for WASPER Services. I could not recall ever committing to any such service. She indicated that Nashua Mobile blocked this at today (08.0.82013). The reference number is 7914917413 and 2001986941. Today I called again and Nashua Mobile is not willing to refund me... Why? Monique also explained that they can not block 3rd party services. Why? I called WASP and they referred me back to CellC. Who do I go? I thought Nashua Mobile would be of service to help as I was trapped by these companies. I never subsribed for this and how can Nashua Mobile allow this.
