I have dealt with nashua mobile last month as well regarding wasps billing on my account. I contacted them and marinique told me that there are 2 wasps of which i was unaware and then i unsubscribed it from my account because she said it will take longer if they do the request. This month i was charged R500 more on my bill of R399! When i phoned this morning, a helpful agent tried to find out for me but they still passing the buck! I WANT TO BE REFUNDED!!! then i got cut off and when i called again the agent said she was going to put me through to the previous person i spoke to but was holding for more than 15mins! and she still has an attitude!! I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED TODAY!!! AND I WANT MY REFUNDED MONEY!!! THIS IS EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM NASHUA MOBILE!!! i want someone to call me TODAY!!
