On the 13th of August I went to the Nashua Store to do an upgrade and a Sim replacement for my casual chat 100, a few days later I called the Nashua Mobile Call Centre to inquire about my package and if I would be billed. The Consultant assured me that I would not be billed, as my sim card had accumulative airtime cause i had not used the Line in over a year. To my surprise I have received a bill from Nashua, and my calls to try and understand why i am being billed are proving to be fruitless as no one can explain to me.
Nashua records all calls, and their consultant said I would not be receiving a bill.

I am so unhappy with the service i am receiving from Nashua, and I am ready to cancel any business i have with them if my issues are not resolved.
