Closed Contract still active on ITC!

I am taken aback by the service provided by Virgin Mobile; I had a contract with them back in 2008; it received confirmation of closure of the account in November of 2011. On review of my personal Credit Records in 2012 I discovered that the account was still reflecting as being billed. I called Virgin and was assured that the details would be updated, again in 2013 I review my records - and amazingly it's still THERE active.

I Called ITC to confirm the account with them; it was closed in September 2011 and opened again in October 2011! seriously!

Again I called Virgin; provided with the same old servicing script line "we will investigate and I can assure you we will get back to you."
This time Savvy me asked to names and email addresses, only to be told they cannot give this information out- I requested to speak to a manager - 40 Minutes later I am STILL HOLDING ON THE PHONE!

Consumers beware - I check my credit reports - if you don't beware -your old and decrepit Virgin Mobile account that you assumed was dead and buried will surely come back to life!! Zombie Mobile.

Will someone with some kind of consumer ethics please call me to sort this account out!!!
