I like so many others work from home, and having recently changed residences applied for ADSL only to be told that the line is ready for use and I can buy a router and start working. The only problem is that the line is faulty, apparently it has not been connected at the exchange. With each day that passes I am losing money, and though I have reported the fault, noone can tell me when I can expect a technician. Why is it so hard to get a straight answer? Please Telkom can you stand by your word and sort out my line?
