Vodacom customer care is disappointing

Somene has taken the liberty to my number by sim swapping. So i try to get the number back, now they ask me stupid questions like how much airtime i have left, how many talking points i have, etc... At the end of the day, from friday the 29th until today the first of april, i have not received any help from them. I actually have to now prove to vodacom that this is my number, regardless of them having access to rica and my details. I'm told by them that they customer care cannot access my rica details.

I'm really disappointed with the service i got from Vodacom, especially after calling in five times, and i am almost certein that even i d manage to get my number back, i will no longer be a vodacomm subscriber. Maybe i will try my luck with MTN or another competant network.
