Debit Orders

I've Made many requests via telephone and e-mail for Vodacom to change my debit order to my new bank account but so far they ignored every request to do so. They keep trying to collect from my old bank account just raising the balance with unpaid fees. It's been 6 months already and still no effort from them to correct this.
