Unpaid debit fee

I hate 8ta with passion. again un authorised debit orders persist on my bank account. I had to close my bank account because 8ta is destroying my credit record with unpaid debit order fees I request someone to call me no one did. my contract expires in december and I cant wait to part terms with 8ta.
