I have tried from Thursday to upgrade my phone and have been given the run around. First at the Liberty Mall branch and thereafter with customer services. I have eventually decided to pursue the root of cancelling my contract, this was an even bigger night mare as i have been transferred from one department to the next and have even been promised that the cancellation forms will be e-mailed to me. After numerous attempts to sort this out, i have given up an now am negotiating with a much reliable service provider.
