POOR INTERNET SPEEDS AND BAD SERVICE

People it is hard to say but our country is down in the gutters. I have been battling from last year to sort out internet speeds for our ADSL but to no avail. The people just shrug their shoulders and can't or won't do anything. Where to from here? Newspapers, TV or what? We support our country but our country does not support us, the service is really pathetic. If you owe them money they will switch off your account very quick but ask to have repairs done huh no service delivery! Where and what can we do to get the service we are PAYING FOR? I have logged case after case but no one is capable of doing anything to rectify this mess. What does it take?
