Billing me more then what I sighned up fo

I bought a S4 and a tabled last year in march. The amount that i was suppose to pay every month is ~ R 700.
No all of a sudden i am billed ~ R 200 Extra. When I call the helpdesk NOBODY can explain to me why its like this! My contract end in march 2015.I want Vodacom to refund me for this and make sure that the extra ~R 200 will not be debitted but the actula ~R 700 I signed up for. Vodacom is useless and I REGRET taking those 2 devices from them. I have learned my lesson and so did millions in South Africa I strongly believe.hey but remember the saying: what goes around comes around.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU (VODACOM) FIXES THIS ASAP!!!
