I drove to the HVRC in crown mines on the 6th January around 16:45 & spoke to the consultant, I think her details were [Email Removed] (details on phone being repaired), i asked her to check if there was stock of the iPhone 5 64GB in black for my current one to be swapped out because there are serious problems with it. She then called the backroom & they confirmed there was stock so informed that it would be quick. She did however say that it would only be looked at tomorrow so I decided to go back on the 7th January around 11am.

When I got to the HVRC (7th January) I then delt with Thumi/Tumi and I enquired again about stock levels and she assured me there was stock just like [Email Removed] said the previous evening. I then checked my phone in (11am) and later in the day (1:15pm) called the technical call centre to see the progress - I spoke to Gugu who can barely string a coherent sentence together in English and she informed me there was suddenly no stock! I've asked Sarah (call centre manager) to call me as well as Ntsako (crown mines manager) still no reply!

I specifically made sure i would have my phone back ASAP, its for work! Mtn /doesnt care about customers!
