I am one who will always complain when service is bad but I also love to compliment people.
I want to thank Simphiwe Mkhize in the upgrade department for the great job he does. When I ask questions & email him, he replies & gives direct & straight forward answers.
My experience with Simphiwe was a good one & I hope that he will continue the great work in future.
