Terrible Service and Blatant

I was looking for a TV that was on special. The first store that I went to was out of stock and called Crown Mines, Sanele answered the call and confirmed that there were 5 TV's and that he would keep one for me as I drove for a half an hour to Crown Mines. When I arrived I was told that they were out of stock and Sanele's response to my question about how that was possible was "EH". I asked to see his manager as this was unacceptable, and after much running around and looking busy, Jacob (Sales manager) comes to nicely explain that they are out of stock, but will get a unit for us from another branch and that we can come back and pick it up on Friday. Although not entirely satisfied with the service, I was happy to do so. I start to walk out of the store, and then remember something that I wanted to look at, and lo and behold, I see another customer (whom I saw requesting the same TV after me) being sold the TV. Jacob disappears while I make a scene, and what do you know, another TV, that was 'out of stock' just 2 minutes ago just appeared. I am extremely disappointed by the blatant told, and this is based on principal, had I not turned around, I would be none the wiser.
