Bad Service

I booked my phones at the Crown Mines HVRC on the 30th Jan and I was told that the turnaround time is 3 hours but till today (5 Feb) I have not received my phones. I have been told so many stories. My calls have been logged for high priority twice but still nothing has happened.

Apparently they are awaiting stock for the one phone and the other has been awaiting QA since the 31st. I asked to speak to the supervisor but was told that he is in a meeting and he will call me back. I'm still waiting for the call.

I must say that MTN's Customer Service really.
