After finding a Samsung Toploading Washing machine on promotion via Makro's website, I visited the Crown Mines branch on Friday afternoon 19 July as the item was out of stock at my local Makro in Woodmead. I was however told that the machine was out of stock at Crown Mines as well, but Victor offered me the alternative of a slightly more expensive Defy machine at the same price at the promotional Samsung machine. My thanks to him and the other staff at Makro Crown Mines for great service and some flexibility in offering me an alternative.
