BILLED 2 MONTHS IN ARREARS BUT PAY FROM GET GO!

My contract is up on the 15/02/2014 I called to cancel 06/01/2014 only to be told the last debit from my account will be in April even though my contract expires in Feb!! Apparently I didn't pay for 2 months and they bill everyone 2 months arrears, but I have paid every single month and they can't explain why I would still be paying after it's already cancelled. This is MADNESS, if I paid from the 1st month of having the contract WHY do I still need to pay for 2 months after the contract is already up? It also clearly states on my bill 24 month contract, but they want me to pay for 26!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? Never mind the ridiculous rates virgin charges they still want to take more money, are extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. I was passed from pillar to post on hold for ages I eventually hung up as I couldn't spend my entire day trying to cancel a contract!
