Impossible to stop my contract

After numerous failed attempts to cancel my contract I feel I am ready to farm this out.

From a couple of months ago I started giving in requests to cancel my contract via the support centre at 123, and the enquiries on their website.

Up to date no action has been taken. Infact, my contract was supposed to already expire, and my last payment was supposed to be this month.

Nothing has been done, and without enquiring from me, they renewed my contract on a month to month basis.
All this time they are costing me more and more money, and they do not give a. I am a light telecommunication user, yet my bill easily goes to R700 per month.

Requesting a detailed bill from them also yielded no results.

I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED AND PUT ON PREPAID.

I will never ever in my life make the mistake of having a contract with Virgin Mobile.

I have no kind words for this company.
