I have team members, people I need to contact - they have Cell C mobiles, and the lack of connectivity for this provider is astounding, I am almost unable to reach them if they are at certain sites or places.
Look, if you are a mobile provider, you need to have connectivity. I have asked them to move their contracts, but of course they are locked into contracts - and even though YOU are not providing YOUR part of the deal - CONNECTIVITY - YOU are not willing to deal with this, and release the contract so that they can get a mobile provider that actually has better connectivity.
ITS A DISGRACE you should lose your license!
I really need to find out how to get hold of the ombudsman, and even though this is not my issue - I need to follow it through because I cannot work where I cannot contact people i need to contact!
its a disgrace, you must know how dismal your 'service is' I cant actually call it service - because its NON EXISTENT!!!
