I ported from MTN to Cell C on friday, 10 May 2013. I have been an Autopage customer for 12 years. I am supposed to get 1Gig data on my new contract. This data allocation still has not been loaded. I have made numerous calls to the call centre on Saturday, 11 May and Monday, 13 May. The call centre has advised me that they are busy doing the activiation, but my 1Gig data still has not been activated. This should have been done on friday already. The way I see it, Cell C is in breach of contract. Please rectify this immediately and give me what I signed up, and paying, for.
