IDENTITY: NO HELP

My ID number has been used to illegally take out a contract at MTN for an I Phone 5 on 29th July 2013.

I do not have a contract or a pre-paid number with MTN, nor did I ever have.

I have reported the case of Identity to MTN on the 3th January 2013 with reference number 101020140103165822. This has been a great inconvenience as I am now in an overdraft on my bank statement.

I have instructed that this illegal account be frozen and the number blocked with immediate effect.
I have been told to follow up with the MTN internal department however i have been referred to several people this morning who have not yet helped me.

MTN Howick has told me that the account was opened at Connect Direct (Gauteng) however no one can provide me with any contact details or and address. I need to see the document that were accepted and the person that signed. I need the number to be traced aswell.

I need my money back by month end.

Hoping this complaint will finally get me som positive feedback.
