An ADSL internet problem was reported on 13/12/2013 and numerous phone calls and emails were sent since then. On advice a new router and telephone was bought, Telkom were contacted and they checked the system. Today I have to send a copy of my ID but the Mweb fax line is not working.
Still no internet. I plan to cancel Mweb and switch to another service provider if it does not work within 24 hours.
