I have logged a call on the 5th of December for a faulty internet and telephone line and still haven;t gotten any service every time I call the call center they tell me I will have a technician the next day or there is something wrong with the exchange system or any other story just to get me to put down the phone. I now spoke to someone a few days ago and he said according to their system my problem is fixed yet nothing has been done yet this is unacceptable to hear all these if this was any other company all these people would have been fired by now. I spoke to someone now saying they are very busy and can only help me on the 14th of January this is the worst service I have ever received in my life I cannot believe someone hasn't opened another telephone company that can close down Telkom.
